Please note, however; if your box is marked as "delivered" per USPS, we cannot be responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please file a complaint with the US Postal Service.
Items doesn’t fit? No problem. You can exchange for a different size in the same style. You have 7 business days after an items is delivered to exchange. Please note you must contact us via email info@madewithblkluv.net before returning items. Also Return Labels are not provided for exchanges, customer is responsible for return fees.
